Booking Policy

### Registration and Payment 1. All participants must register for SAFe trainings through our official website. 2. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place in the training. 3. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. All payments must be received before the start of the training. ### Minimum Participation Requirement 1. Each SAFe training requires a minimum of approximately 10 participants to proceed. 2. If the minimum number of participants is not met, we reserve the right to cancel the training. 3. In the event of cancellation due to low enrollment, all registered participants will be notified at least 7 days before the scheduled start date. 4. Participants of cancelled trainings will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another available training date. ### Cancellation Policy 1. Participants may cancel their registration up to 14 days before the start date of the training for a full refund. 2. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start date are not eligible for a refund. 3. In lieu of cancellation, participants may transfer their registration to another individual or to a future training date, subject to availability and a transfer fee. ### No-Show Policy 1. Participants who fail to attend the training without prior notice ("no-shows") will be charged the full amount of the training fee. 2. No refunds will be issued for no-shows under any circumstances. ### Rescheduling 1. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel trainings due to unforeseen circumstances, such as instructor illness or force majeure events. 2. In such cases, participants will be offered the option to transfer to another training date or receive a full refund. ### Attendance and Certification 1. Full attendance is required for all days of the training to be eligible for certification. 2. Participants who miss any portion of the training may not be eligible to take the certification exam. ### Privacy and Data Protection 1. All personal information collected during the booking process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy By registering for our SAFe trainings, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by this booking policy. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, and any changes will be communicated to registered participants.
